CSR Report
CSR Certification
In 2016, LuxConnect made the strategic choice to embed Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at the heart of its operations. This marked the beginning of a structured approach and the creation of a dedicated CSR function.
Between 2016 and 2022, CSR Manager Christine De Ridder led the company’s first two certifications, laying the foundation for future initiatives. From 2017 onwards, CSR principles became increasingly integrated into LuxConnect’s strategy and daily operations. In 2022 and 2024, new colleagues joined and completed the full INDR training cycle, further building internal expertise.
In 2023, LuxConnect and LuxProvide jointly obtained the CSR label from INDR, following a comprehensive audit. With the guidance of Distinct Consulting, and acknowledging their respective specificities, both entities chose to pursue distinct CSR strategies to maximize their impact. The next individual audits are scheduled for October 2026.
